Toddler or Teenager?

While getting ready for church last Sunday I picked a dress out for Kate to wear. When I went to put it on her she replied "I can't wear that, I already wore that dress to church." I tried to explain to her that you can wear dresses more than once to church but she wasn't buying it. So we decided on a different dress. I could have sworn she was 2 going on 3, but maybe it's 2 going on 16?
